I don't think it's entirely coincidental that it's my first day back at work and I'm not feeling too peachy. I was a bit sneezy in the office and around 4pm, my throat got super scratchy. I didn't get enough sleep last night but I think being fairly hardcore during week ten might have taken its toll on the body. Thank goodness today is only jump rope. Was gonna go to yoga but now am skipping bikram to rest and grocery shop. Gotta LKR the bod.
Fellow females of Team BADASS, got a question for y'all. Last month, I had the P-M-S but no M. I figured it was stress but just realized that I'm beyond late and it's not cause I'm getting "busy". Anyone else missing the "M" cycle?
You may not be feeling so hawt, but you LOOK A-MAH-ZING! You are ROCKIN' that bikini bod, girl! Very nice work.
ReplyDeleteHmmm, I'm not the person to ask re: the M - my cycles are WACKED anyway. Seems that increased exercise and stress could have an effect, tho.
Nice photos. Great muscle composition and balance. Nice proportions.
ReplyDeleteExercise will really change your hormone balance, it makes sense that this would end up affecting your cycle. Keep us updated on it!
M this month for me was either 2 weeks late or 2 weeks early. i kinda lost count. but yeah, all was normal eventually.
ReplyDeleteand omg, i totally got sick last couple of days as well! i think its a combination of stress, excitement, extra workouts, but mostly the change in the seasons? its cooling down a bit here in spain, and it always takes my body a few days to adjust to diff temperatures. could be something like this for you? also , flights full of horrible germs.
rest is good. LKR baby. x
Your photos are looking amazing!
ReplyDeleteCan't help you much on the cycle question either -- but I did notice that my usual PMS symptoms have been lessened since I started exercising regularly. Hope things even out soon!
I'm on bc so my cycle is totally fake, but when I was in high school, I'd always miss during the last parts of the rowing season when we were working mega hard. So probably nothing to worry about.
